Who we are

Willow & Wren Counseling ("we", "us") is an online counseling practice operated by Jinira, based in India. Contact: jinira.willowandwren@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Name, email, and preferred contact method you provide via the contact or booking form.
• Booking details (chosen slot, UPI payment reference) needed to confirm your session.
• Anonymous analytics (Google Analytics 4) about pages visited and buttons clicked, to improve the site.
• If you arrive from an ad, Google Ads may record that the click led to a booking. No session content is shared.

How we use it

• Reply to your enquiry, confirm your session, and send the Google Meet link.
• Verify UPI payments and issue receipts.
• Understand which pages help people book, so we can make the site clearer.

Confidentiality of sessions

What you share inside a session stays between you and Jinira. It is never used for marketing, analytics, or shared with third parties, except where required by Indian law or where there is a serious risk of harm.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags to measure site performance and ad effectiveness. These set cookies in your browser. You can block them via your browser settings or a "Do Not Track" extension without affecting your ability to book.

Data storage & sharing

Bookings and contact notes are stored in our backend (Supabase). Emails are sent via Google Workspace. We do not sell your data. Payment is processed directly via your UPI app — we never see or store your bank details.

Your rights

You can email us any time to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We will respond within 7 days.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
